Terms of Use
Last updated October 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Kids in the Kitchen, LLC (“KITK,” “we,” or “us”) website. By using the site, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Program information
We work hard to keep program descriptions, locations, ages, dates, and availability on this site accurate, but they are general information and can change. Schedules, availability, and pricing are confirmed by KITK or the school or program host when you register.
These terms cover the website only. Registration, payment, cancellations, refunds, and participation in our classes, camps, and events are governed by the registration terms of the school or program host, or by KITK’s own registration agreement, including any permission, medical, or release forms. If those terms conflict with these, those terms control for the program.
Food allergies and dietary needs
Our classes involve preparing and tasting food. Ingredients may contain, or come into contact with, common allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, and shellfish. We teach in school and community kitchens and classrooms that are not allergen-free, so we cannot guarantee that any class or food is free of allergens. Please tell us and your child’s school about any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical needs before class, in writing, so we can plan with you. Ingredient and recipe information on this site is general and may not reflect every product we use, so always check labels for your family’s needs.
Recipes and cooking at home
Recipes, tips, and activities we share are for fun and general education. They are not medical, nutrition, or dietary advice. Cooking involves heat, sharp tools, and appliances, so children should always cook at home with an adult’s supervision, and adults should adjust any recipe for their family’s allergies and needs.
Photos, videos, and testimonials
We may photograph or film our classes to share on this website and our social media, only with permission given through registration or by a parent or the school. If you do not want your child photographed, or want a photo or video removed, contact us and we will honor your request promptly for future use and remove it from our website and accounts. We cannot recall copies that others have already shared. Testimonials describe individual experiences; results vary from child to child.

You may use this site for your own personal or school planning. Please do not:
- send false information, spam, or anything unlawful, harassing, or harmful through our forms;
- try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
- copy, scrape, or republish the site’s content, photos, or videos without our written permission.
